During the production of magnetic cards a magnetic stripe is included into the plastic card’s laminate. This magnetic stripe simplifies payment transactions at cash systems or controls admission and time recording p.ex. at swimming pools. Magnetic stripes are the most often used storage mediums for plastic cards!
You can choose between different kinds of magnetic stripes: LoCo stripes are standard stripes p.ex. for bank cards and have an average stability against electromagnetic interference. If you need cards that are extremely stable against this interference – for example in steel construction or aviation –, we recommend HiCo stripes.
